Rules and Regulations
THERE IS NO ENTRY FEE.
All entries, with the exception of categories A-4 and L-1, must have been found on Pacific Northwest beaches. Entries may be combined with beach-related items that enhance your exhibit as described in each category description. Items must be entered in the most appropriate category in order to be judged correctly. If you need help selecting a category, please ask a committee member for assistance. Judging will focus on each specific category, with a small percentage of points awarded for overall display, thus you are encouraged to display your entry in an interesting and attractive manner. Please provide a small descriptive note about your item to enhance your display.
Note: Display tables are walnut-colored. If you feel your entry needs a different-colored background to complement its presentation, please provide it with your entry. If you feel your exhibit requires an entire table (or more), please notify the committee in advance.
There will be no more than two exhibits per person per category.
No prize winning entry may be entered in consecutive years.
Items created for sale will not be accepted.
Bring your entry or entries to the Ocean Shores Convention Center. No mailed in entries can be accepted. Entries will be accepted from 2 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Friday, March 4, 2016. All entries must be in place for judging, which is at 8 P.M. Entry Forms Only may be submitted early.
All entries MUST remain on display until 4 P.M. Sunday, March 6, 2016 and be picked up by 5 P.M. Sunday, March 6, 2016. No Exceptions.
